Is Green Street Capital a lender or a broker?
We are a licensed mortgage broker. We arrange loans with third-party lenders and do not fund loans ourselves, which lets us compare pricing and guidelines from many lenders for each borrower.
Where does Green Street Capital lend?
We are licensed in New York, New Jersey, Florida and Pennsylvania. Our loan officers work with borrowers in all four states, and our main office is at 2709 Coney Island Avenue, 3rd Floor, Brooklyn, NY 11235.
What types of mortgages do you offer?
Purchase and refinance loans, Purchase CEMA, 2-1 buydowns, FHA, VA, jumbo, co-op and condo financing, reverse mortgages (HECM), DSCR and investor loans, self-employed and non-QM loans, renovation loans, and commercial and mixed-use financing.
How fast can you close?
Our average closing is about 21 days from application, depending on the loan type, the property and how quickly documents come in. Co-ops and CEMAs usually take longer because of board approval and assignment paperwork.
