Eric originates both commercial and residential loans, with a focus on Purchase CEMA transactions, reverse mortgages (HECM) and purchases across Brooklyn and Manhattan. He works directly with listing agents to structure CEMA and 2-1 buydown offers that help sellers net more and buyers pay less at closing. Eric holds a finance degree from Fordham University's Gabelli School of Business.
